Gladys Jimenez – Association Manager

Gladys came to De Camara Management in 2012.  In 2017 Gladys received her certification as a Community Association Manager.  Gladys assists Al De Camara in community Association management duties. Gladys’ duties include attendance at Board Meetings/Annual Meetings, regular on-site visits, managing large and small maintenance projects, disseminating meeting notices, agendas and preparation of board packages, CC&R violation notices, architectural control and parking/security issues, preparation of meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on assigned weekends. Kaitlynn Armintrout – Designated Manager

Kaitlynn came to De Camara Management in 2016. In 2017 Kaitlynn received her certification as a Community Association Manager. Kaitlynn’s duties include attendance at Board Meetings/Annual Meetings, regular on-site visits, managing large and small maintenance projects, disseminating meeting notices, agendas and preparation of board packages, CC&R violation notices, architectural control and parking/security issues, preparation of meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on assigned weekends.

Wendy assists Rose in community Association management duties. Wendy’s duties include attendance at Board Meetings/Annual Meetings, regular on-site visits, managing large and small maintenance projects, disseminating meeting notices, agendas and preparation of board packages, CC&R violation notices, architectural control and parking/security issues, preparation of meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on assigned weekends

Sonia Garcia – Assistant Manager

Sonia assists Al De Camara & Gladys Jimenez in community Association management duties. Sonia’s duties include attendance at Board Meetings/Annual Meetings, regular on-site visits, managing large and small maintenance projects, disseminating meeting notices, agendas and preparation of board packages, CC&R violation notices, architectural control and parking/security issues, preparation of meeting minutes and responds to emergency calls on assigned weekends.
